We deliver locally and ship nationwide!
Due to the young nature of our company, we ask you to please contact us if interested in shipping your item nationwide so we can coordinate the shipping from Asheville, NC and tell you exactly what the fee would be for your item depending on the dimensions and where you’d like to ship it to. We are not shippers, we provide this service to help our customers but are not responsible for pricing, delays or damaged products once they leave our shop. This is a courtesy service we sometimes coordinate on behalf of clients but it is not our responsibility to handle or to arrange. Prices are given by the shippers, and vary with dimensions, size, increasing gas costs, etc. Therefore, a quote we give you today from shippers, would most likely be different at a later time.
If we collect fees for shippers on your behalf, we pay them the same amount you pay us. We are happy to assist with the process as it’s not complicated, but you are welcome to try yourselves!
In general we use Uship (www.uship.com). This is the most effective and inexpensive way to deliver nationwide. However, drivers collect sometimes for weeks after they pick up from us before they start their routes. This is the reason why, even though items might have been picked up from us, there might be no status as to when the route would start or when delivery will take place. Rates with Uship are usually very affordable, but the downside is that your items could take a long time before they arrive to their destination.
Pick ups must take place within 2 weeks of date of purchase. Any items not picked up within that time frame will be assessed a daily storage fee of $20 per item per day due upon pick up. Any items left over 21 calendar days will be considered abandoned and become property of One-OffCo, with no refunds provided.
BTW- All sales are FINAL. Items sold as is. That’s why we can take the extra step of sending a walk around video of the items, for assurance of the product you’re purchasing. Ours are vintage products, therefore used and worn. . No refunds/returns/exchanges. All items are over 40 years old, so please expect signs of wear (tears, dings, smudges, scratches, dents, etc). Our images are not photoshopped, items are shown as is. Once purchased, items cannot be returned, cannot be refunded, and we will not arrange for shipping to return any products.
